Greasy Luck Brewery features the SmartBrew system, a truly unique & revolutionary brewing system. With only three systems currently installed in the U.S., Greasy Luck Brewery is proud to be utilizing such unique, cutting-edge brewing technology. This revolutionary system is a true game changer, letting operators brew an unlimited range of fresh world-class beers and ciders onsite. The SmartBrew system utilizes an intelligent control unit, which monitors the process and ensures product consistency and automatically cleans and sterilizes itself. Greasy Luck Brewery has a standard 4x5BBL system, which is capable of producing up to 80 1/2BBL kegs of fresh, quality craft beer per month.
Because of the way this revolutionary SmartBrew system was designed, it allows our Brewmaster Christian Farland to work collaboratively with world known Brewmaster Brian Watson. Christian Farland is a life long resident of New Bedford and Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and a Craft Brewer Certificate from the University of Vermont.
